We design cycling experiences for companies and corporate groups. We take care of all the logistics and organise activity programmes in the Pla de l’Estany area, tailored to your needs.
PLA EXPERIENCE
Depending on the type of event you want to organise, the profile of the group and the objectives of the experience, we design fully tailored MTB experiences. We adapt the routes according to the number of activity days, the time available, the technical level and the physical condition of the participants, always with one clear goal: ensuring that every member of the group can fully enjoy the experience.
We organise corporate programmes ranging from 2 to 5 days, although we can fully adapt to your specific needs.
Our proposal goes far beyond the sporting activity itself. We take care of the entire organisation and logistics so your team only needs to focus on one thing: enjoying a unique experience in the Pla de l’Estany territory.
ACCOMMODATION
We take care of organising accommodation in bike-friendly establishments.
Our main accommodation base is the Hotel Carpa de l’Estany, located in Banyoles, right in front of the lake. It is a modern complex made up of 27 fully renovated apartments, offering high-speed WiFi, parking, a gym, massage area and a restaurant with a welcoming terrace.
We can also arrange accommodation in rural houses in the region, with different options depending on the number of participants and the services required.
MEETING ROOMS
The main accommodation offers fully equipped corporate meeting rooms with high-speed internet connection, projector, screen and catering service.
If you prefer to hold the meetings in a different setting, we can also provide other fully equipped venues just a few minutes’ walk from the accommodation.
BIKE RENTAL
We ensure that all participants have access to a premium bike that has been fully checked and prepared for the experience.
We offer standard or electric MTBs, adapted to the level of each participant.
We simply need to know the height and physical level of the participants in order to prepare the bikes, which will be available from the first day at the accommodation.
If any participants bring their own bikes, the accommodation provides a secure storage area and bike washing facilities.
CATERING
We can organise all meals during the stay.
Options include:
-Dining at the accommodation itself, with a carefully curated menu.
-Reservations at selected restaurants in the area.
-Picnic-style meals during the routes.
-Restaurants located along the routes.
We also take into account food intolerances or allergies to ensure menus are adapted for all participants.
SAFETY
All activities are carried out with the highest safety standards.
Routes are always designed according to the group’s level and are guided by qualified professional guides. All participants are covered by accident insurance.
In addition, we carry a satellite phone to maintain constant communication with emergency services, and routes are planned taking into account quick access points and possible evacuation routes.
TRANSFERS
If required, we can organise transfers for participants from:
-Girona high-speed train station
-Girona Airport
-Barcelona Airport
We simply need to know the number of participants and their arrival time.
CULTURAL ACTIVITIES
If your schedule allows it, we can complement the sporting activities with cultural experiences.
We organise visits to emblematic locations in the Pla de l’Estany, the city of Girona, and other remarkable places in the province.
You can tell us directly which place you would like to visit or, if you prefer, we can suggest different options depending on the time you have available.
PHOTOGRAPHIC COVERAGE
We can document the experience with professional photographers and action cameras mounted on the bikes.
This way you will have a unique record of the experience. At the end of each day, we can organise a short session to enjoy the images captured during the day while sharing a drink.
A perfect way to close the day and start looking forward to the next one.
